You're losing money every week.

The recall problem

You did the work. You had the calls, shipped the deliverables, answered the Slack messages. By Friday, half of it is gone from memory. You invoice for what you remember — which is never everything.

The tool problem

Toggl and Harvest are great — if you have the discipline to start a timer before every task and stop it after. Most freelancers don't. The tools require a habit you haven't built, and punish you when you forget.

The gap problem

Invoices go out for the work you remember. The prep call, the review session, the quick async catch-up — those evaporate. Multiply that by 12 months and you've left a meaningful amount of money on the table.

If you use Google Calendar for client work, you already have the data.

How it works

Three steps from calendar to invoice. No new habits required.

Connect

Link your Google Calendar in one click. TimeBridge requests read-only access — it never modifies your calendar, creates events, or sees anything outside the calendars you choose.

Classify

TimeBridge matches each event to a client using your rules — email domains, title patterns, attendees, and @tags. Every classification gets a confidence score so you know what to trust and what to review.

Bill

Export a clean timesheet for any client and date range. Review the flagged items. Invoice with confidence, knowing the data has an audit trail behind it.

Built around how freelancers actually work

Confidence scoring

Every classified event gets a score from 0–100. High-confidence events go straight to your timesheet. Low-confidence ones are flagged for a quick manual review.

Email domain matching

Add a client's domain once. Any meeting with attendees from that domain is automatically matched — no manual tagging needed per event.

Audit trail

Every billable hour links back to a calendar event. If a client questions a line item, you can show them exactly which meeting it came from.

Zero daily effort

No timers to start. No habits to maintain. TimeBridge runs in the background and processes your calendar automatically. You check in at invoice time, not all day.

Multi-client clarity

Running three clients simultaneously? TimeBridge keeps them cleanly separated, so your timesheets are per-client and never mixed up.

Google Calendar native

Works with your existing calendar. No migration, no parallel system. If you already schedule client work in Google Calendar, you're already set up.

What TimeBridge captures — and what it doesn't

TimeBridge captures 40–85% of your billable time, depending on how you work. If most of your client work shows up as calendar events — meetings, scheduled work blocks, review sessions — you're on the higher end. If a lot of your work is unscheduled or lives in your head, you're on the lower end.

What it captures well: meetings with client attendees, recurring syncs, time-blocked work sessions, anything you scheduled in advance. What it misses: ad-hoc Slack conversations, quick email responses, work you did but didn't block on your calendar.

This isn't a gap we're apologizing for — it's a design constraint we're being honest about. Even 50% automated coverage is 50% less manual effort, and the audit trail on what's captured is genuinely reliable. Use TimeBridge as the foundation, then layer in the gaps you know about manually.

We'd rather you go in with accurate expectations and find it useful than oversell it and have you frustrated.

Frequently asked questions

Is my calendar data private?
Yes. TimeBridge requests read-only access to the calendars you choose. We never modify, write to, or share your calendar data. Your event data is used only to classify billing hours and is not sold or shared with third parties.
What if TimeBridge misclassifies an event?
Low-confidence events are flagged for your review before they hit your timesheet. You can correct any classification manually, and corrections feed back into your rules to improve future accuracy.
Does this work if I use multiple Google accounts?
Yes, the Pro tier supports multiple calendars across accounts. You can connect your personal and work Google accounts and route billing to the right clients from both.
Will it work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?
Not at launch. TimeBridge starts with Google Calendar because that's where the data model is best understood. Outlook and Apple Calendar support are on the roadmap.
When does TimeBridge ship?
Targeting Q2 2026. Waitlist members get private beta access before the public launch, along with 30% off their first three months.
What's the founding member deal?
The first 50 people who sign up and convert to paid get $15/mo locked for life — even as the product grows and the regular price stays at $25/mo. This is a one-time offer for early supporters.
