Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. What TimeBridge Is
TimeBridge is a web application that reads your Google Calendar events and classifies them by client to help you track billable hours. It is a tool — not an accounting service, not a legal advisor, and not a substitute for reviewing your own invoices.
2. Your Account
- You must sign in with a Google account to use TimeBridge.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
- One person per account. Accounts are not transferable.
3. What You Can Expect
- TimeBridge will read your Google Calendar data in read-only mode. We will never create, modify, or delete your calendar events.
- Classifications are based on rules you configure and patterns we detect. They are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Always review your timesheets before invoicing clients.
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uptime. This is a solo-founder product, not an enterprise SLA.
4. Billing
- TimeBridge offers a free tier and paid plans. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If TimeBridge isn't working for you, email us and we'll sort it out.
5. Your Data
- Your calendar data belongs to you. You can export it at any time.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from your settings.
- See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't abuse the service. Specifically:
- Don't attempt to access other users' data.
- Don't reverse-engineer or scrape the application.
- Don't use TimeBridge for any illegal purpose.
- Don't exceed reasonable API usage (we'll contact you before taking action).
7. Limitation of Liability
TimeBridge is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
- Incorrect classifications leading to billing errors. You are responsible for reviewing your timesheets.
- Lost revenue from service downtime.
- Changes to Google Calendar API that affect functionality.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. On termination, your data is deleted per our privacy policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator resides. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
