What TimeBridge Does

TimeBridge is a billing tool for freelancers. It reads your Google Calendar events and classifies them by client so you can generate accurate timesheets without manual time tracking.

Data We Collect

  • Google Calendar data: Event titles, times, durations, calendar names, and attendee email addresses. We request calendar.events.readonly scope — we never modify your calendar.
  • Account information: Your email address and name from Google Sign-In.
  • Classification data: Client rules, domain rules, and classification decisions you create within TimeBridge.

How We Use Your Data

  • To classify your calendar events by client and generate timesheets.
  • To improve classification accuracy based on your corrections (only for your account).
  • To send you account-related emails (billing, product updates). No marketing spam.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your calendar data with third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections.
  • Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Retention

We retain your calendar event data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights

  • Access: Export all your data at any time via the dashboard.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all data from your account settings.
  • Revoke access: Remove TimeBridge's Google Calendar access from your Google Account permissions at any time.
  • GDPR: If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request data portability, correction, and erasure. Contact us at the email below.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Calendar API: To read your calendar events (read-only).
  • Stripe: To process payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Vercel: To host this landing page. No personal data is shared with Vercel beyond standard web analytics.

Google API Services User Data Policy

TimeBridge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
